Parish Council Update

3 March 2026

Parish Council Meeting

The next Parish Council meeting is at 7.15pm on the 5th March in the Reading Room. There are 15 minutes dedicated to the community as an open forum - we hope to see you there.

Hits of the Decades

The Parish Council held its first event of the year last week with music provided by Stages Theatrical and the bar by the Barley Mow. Lots of dancing and singing, silly glasses to dress up in and inflatable musical instruments to play along to the hits. A good time was had!

                            Speedwatch

Thank you to those who have already stepped forward, however, we do not currently have enough people to run a speedwatch team.

We have heard from the Community that speeding traffic is an issue and we are putting traffic calming solutions in place. A continued speedwatch campaign is essential to help slow vehicles down and we cannot do this without willing volunteers.

Full training will be given. Please do contact us if you can help.
